Mentality Connections is a mental health service provider that’s offers virtual Initial Evaluations, Individual Therapy Services, and Medication Management to clients ages 13-80 years old . In the state of Texas. Dr. Aminah Abdikadir DNP, PMHNP-BC, the founder of Mentality Connections, believes that when you connect your mind, you connect your body, and then you connect your life. She has years of experience in the field of mental health and is passionate about helping people achieve emotional wellness.
